My name is Virginia, "Vee" to mostly everyone. I have been designing cross stitch charts for 4 years and have enjoy every minute! Most of my designs originate from my painting class or to coincide with frames that I have made over the years. I have been teaching the "art of painting" for well over 10 years and lots of my past and present projects have inspired the VeeandCo designs. Please feel free to view some of my Painting Projects.
For those who are new visitors, let me take a few moments to tell you about myself. I live along the foothills of the Black Hill in South Dakota. I love the land here and enjoy taking care of the wildlife that visit me on a daily basis. My first love is cross stitching, 25+ years of stitching and collecting. In addition to making frames, I also teach a weekly paint class which has incorporated cross stitching into the evening. I have 6 beautiful grandchildren and I am presently owned by one dog, 3 cats and many woodland critters.
Some of my latest designs, have utilized scrapbook products as embellishments and finishing tools. "Brads" are one of the most versatile craft products on the market today. Not only are they used for scrapbooking, but as adornments for needlework finishes and cards. But now, VeeandCo uses them directly in the design instead of buttons. Brads are available in a huge variety and are very economical to a stitcher's purse! The brads used in my designs below can be found at "Just Brads"
Prices for the cross stitch chart sometimes vary according to what may be included with chart (brads, buttons etc). I ship first class mail and International orders are always welcomed.
PLEASE NOTE---patterns can only be passed along and/or sold if they were purchased as hard copies. Both b/w and colored patterns should be included as that is how I sell them. If you purchased them as a PDF document, I ask that you don't sell and/or pass them on.
